Our Story
Fascinators & Hats is a small family run business consisting of a mother and daughter. We set up the business after we both struggled to find high quality fascinators for a family wedding and it's safe to say, the rest is history.
We stock 100's of styles and a variety of different colours. Our fascinators are perfect for all your occasion needs such as weddings, derby day, ladies day, funerals and any other events.

What type of delivery options do you offer?
All our orders are processed within 24 hours unless you choose our next day delivery option where we process it the same day as long as the order is placed before 4pm Monday to Friday
We only deliver to the UK at the present time. However, if you are looking to purchase one of our fascinators from another country, then please email us via the contact form and we will try and accommodate your order.
We offer two types of delivery options:
Standard Delivery - 3-5 days - Free on all UK orders
Next Day Delivery-Order before 4pm Mon to Fri-£6.99

How long will it take to receive my order?
We process all orders within 24 hours and then we pass your order to our delivery company which from there, it can take 3-5 days. However, if you do need your item quicker, choose next day delivery at checkout.
What happens if it doesn't look right, can I return it?
Of course, we offer a no quibble 30 days returns policy as long as the original tag is in tact and it's in an unworn condition. Please find more information here on how to return an item to us.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
How is my fascinator packaged?
We pack all of our facinators in a brown box with tissue paper. They come beautifully packaged and are well protected from damage.
